1. Service Scope
We offer electronic and electrical repair services including AC, TV, washing machine, water purifier, and other home appliances. Services are available within Greater Noida and nearby areas.
2. Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website. We aim to provide same-day or next-day service based on availability.
3. Diagnosis & Charges
Service charges will be shared upfront after initial inspection. In some cases, a nominal diagnostic fee may be charged even if repair is not carried out.
4. Parts & Warranty
- We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts.
- All replaced parts carry a warranty of 30 to 90 days, depending on the part.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, voltage fluctuations, or tampering by third parties.
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon service completion.
- We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and other approved digital payment methods.
- Invoices can be provided upon request.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a scheduled visit with prior notice. Once a service is delivered and accepted, no refund will be processed unless agreed under warranty coverage.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we take utmost care during service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by previous unauthorized repairs. Any risk associated with older or damaged appliances lies with the owner.
